Shipping, Delivery and Refund Policy

 

Our cancellation and refund policy is as simple as it gets. If you don't receive the Service on your ordered time, you will get refund as soon as you claim it, provided that the service professional have marked it as undelivered or incomplete. Your refund request will be initiated as soon as service professionals or agency mark it as undelivered or incomplete. In case of cancelled orders, the refund will be initiated at the end of the day. You should get refunds within 7 working days, since the refund request is initiated.  

Since this platform provides or facilitates the appointments of Service professionals, the time period for the services is chosen by user as per their convenience or service providers availability. Some services are same day services, while some are for future dates. The timeline for these service delivery is chosen or agreed by both parties and varies case by case. There is cancellation window for each service and it is provided to the users, when they book the appointment. In general, the cancellations and refunds and outlined below. At NetMates, we are committed to providing you with high-quality services that meet your needs and exceed your expectations. However, we understand that things do not always go according to plan, and sometimes cancellations or refunds might be necessary. This policy outlines the circumstances under which you can request a refund or cancel a booking made through the NetMates mobile app or website.

Cancellations :

  • Unavailability of Service Professional: You can cancel any booking free of charge until the Service provider accepts it. To cancel, open the App or Website, navigate to your booking details, and tap "Cancel Booking." If you cancel before the provider accepts your booking, you will receive a full refund of the service fee for advance booking services.

  • Unavailability of Service Provider: In the rare event that a Service provider is unable to make it to your scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the provider can decline your service.

  • Reschedule your appointment: We will work with you to find a new appointment time that suits your needs.

  • Cancel your booking and receive a full refund: No cancellation fee will be applied (If this service is based on advance booking service).

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed into the users wallet if this service is based on Advance booking service.

  • The following situations are not eligible for a full refund: 

  • You cancel your booking before the provider accepts it.

  • You are not satisfied with the quality of the work performed, but the Service provider completed the service as described in the app.

  • You experience minor inconveniences or delays during the service.

  • You request changes to the scope of the service after the Service provider has arrived, which may result in additional charges.

Important Notes: 

  • This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through the NetMates App or Website.

  • NetMates reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version of this policy will always be available on the NetMates website and mobile app.

  • By using the NetMates mobile app and website, you agree to be bound by this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
